By now your property will be marketed to the public both digitally and print. This is our opportunity to showcase how special your property is and get eyes on your home. From here, I will communicate about an schedule private showings as well as host open houses to maximize the exposure.
Congrats! From here we will review the offer and I will give you inside on the details. You have a few options after receiving the offer: negotiate and counter, decline or accept.
There are a number of deadlines up until closing. We will go through each step together so you feel confident about the sale.
It's closing day! Legal ownership will be transferred to the buyer. Funds will be used to pay off your mortgage, agent commissions and closing costs will be paid. Remaining proceeds will be transferred directly to you.
Possession day is typically closing day, but not always. This is when you say goodbye to your property and that seamless handoff to the buyer is final.
