Let's go on some home tours...as many as you would like! Wether you would like me to preview houses for you so you don't have to waste your precious time in the wrong home or you would like to attend open houses or have personal showing set up, I can make it happen.
Now comes the art of crafting the perfect offer. Not too high, not too low. Once this perfect offer is submitted, I will communicate directly with you to help you understand the art of negotiations and work with the listing agent on your behalf to get you the best case scenario.
Here we go! Once the seller has accepted your final offer, you are on your way to becoming a home owner. I will walk you through all the dates and deadlines associated with your purchase and work to ensure that you understand each one and these deadlines are met in a timely fashion.
We will schedule a final walkthrough to ensure that the property is in the condition that was agreed upon in the contract and you will get final approval from your lender and we will meet at the closing table to get the final documents signed.
We did it! You will receive the keys to your new home and you are officially a home owner. While this may seem like the end of our time together, I assure you this is only the beginning. I am here for anything you need from contractors, designers, professional organizers and more.
